That's part of my point. Which is that there are other ways of looking at the issue and if you look at the issue from a different position or in a different way you may see other conditions that significantly alter your opinion.
You thought, because you're looking at the case from your position of valuation,that the judge ruled against you. First what you or I,or anybody, thinks or wants has vary little bearing on the case. The judge would be totally wrong and is enjoined,from listening to any of that or giving it any consideration because it is not part of the case in his court room. It does not matter if it's you or me, the Trusty or God. None of us, to my knowledge, has filed a notice with the court that we'll appear before the judge and none of us have filed any briefs or motions for the judge to consider. So as far as this case is concerned, for this judge at this time, none of us, including God, exist, and that is how it ought to be. The judge has only two things before him and only those things and their various aspects is he and ought he be dealing with. The two things that he's dealing with are (1) Is this company now and in the future a going concern? If it isn't or wont be, how might it be changed to make it an on-going concern. (2) Is there money to pay the creditors now, and or in the future? If there is no money are there things that could be given to the creditors to satisfy their debt, if not how much of their debt and which of the creditors have to lose so that the company may be a going concern.
That is what the judge is dealing with and only that. Also he is only dealing w/what is presented in his courtroom and the people who are authorized to present and talk about things in his courtroom. Pretty much nothing else exists, as far as this case goes. As I've written before the rulings he made move the case forward and stop it from becoming cluttered with things which are not helpful now. At some point in the future some of those things maybe crucial, they are obviously exterainous now.
