loanranger, okay, that makes sense. I was assuming that within the SEC there is a special Commission Committee made up of the big wigs of the SEC who would approve or not approve the freezing of assets, or revocation. Kind of like within the police department there is a Police Commissioners review board. Part of the police department, but a group that makes recommendations.
