scion, lol. I think we're overlapping posts here. Yes, I understand that the SEC and the Commission are NOT seperate entities. However, I assume that there is a special committee within the SEC that makes up the Commission that deals with making determinations as to whether or not to freeze assets, revoke registrations, etc., i.e., there must be a group of people inside the SEC that make up this "Commission." correct? A decision to freeze assets or revoke would not be made by just the head of the Enforcement. That decision would have to be made at a higher level, yes?
