Shareholders are owed explanations for a lot of things going all the way back to the purchase of PINR from Kevin May. Unfortunately, Mark has made it clear that he is not in the explanation business.

He takes a "like it or lump it" attitude even when he goes long periods of time without giving anyone anything to like.
