Scott, Have some more info for you....

Sorry in advance for the length of this.

Don't know if any/all of this is "old news" or not, but I've been doing a little searching today, and here is what I have come up with.

1. Share Exchange agreement between MMUH and TZU was dated 11/16/2009. On that document, both parties listed their address as:

6400 N. Andrews Ave
Suite 340
Fort Lauderdale

Robert Paterson was listed as the Seller (TZU) / Gary Freeman was listed as the Purchaser (MMUH)

2. On 11/16/2009, An amendment to Tzufuma was filed at the Division of Corporations in Florida. TZU is registered in Florida as #P09000092107. It appears it was actually prepared on 11/13/2009, but was not "filed" until 11/16/09. That amendment to TZU did the following:

Removed Charles Smigrod as President
Instated Robert Paterson as President
Instated Paul Taylor as Secretary
New Registered Agent -- Andrea Ligner

All 4 of the above listed their address as

6400 N. Andrews Ave
Suite 340
Fort Lauderdale, 33309

The document was filled out by hand, and from in my opinion, it was written out by a woman (totally my opinion, but the handwriting appears to be more "lady-like" if you know what I mean)

Robert Paterson is listed as having the following contact information in addition to the address listed above:

Daytime phone -- 305-331-6665 (I traced this number and believe it is a cell phone)

No contact info was listed for any of the other 3 other than the address

Paterson signed this document, as did Andrea Ligner

3.There are documents available from the State of Florida that show TZU was Incorporated via electronically filing on 11/09/09 and that it would be effective 11/04/09. Signed by Kurt S. Browning, Secretary of State Florida. This their "Certificate of Status". Also states that their document number is #P09000092107, and that they were current on all of their fees as of Dec 31, 2009.

4. The above Certificate was issued to them due to a request that they sent in as described above in point 2. This cost them $43.75.

5. There is another amendment document that is the same form as the one listed in point 2, that was filed around 1/14 --1/17 2010. This one was filled out by hand, and is the same handwriting as the one above. In this amendment, they changed their address to:

6400 North Andrews Ave
Suite 440 (up a floor from 340???)
Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309.

Again, Robert Paterson is listed as the contact person, and the same email address and daytime phone number are given.

Paterson signed this document.

6. A google search of that address will show that it is a large office building with several companies doing business there.

Neat thing about that site is that you can list what companies are in the various suites throughout the building.

Currently listed as being in Suite 340:
* Alanti Aviation, Inc.

* American Fidelity Title of Palm Beach, LLC
* Assured Financial Corp.
* Attorneys' Land Title, Inc.
* Attorneys' Land Title, Inc.

The names of the people associated with ALL of these companies are Scott H Sweigart and Amy E. Stark. They have a phone number listed as 945-492-5000. I called that number and asked for "Andrea Ligner" and was told that no one by that name works there. Since they appear to be a law firm, I made a leap that Andrea was a lawyer working for them, and she was the one handling the incorporation documents for TZU, and they were just listing her address as the "place of business". Does not appear to be that way.

Currently listed as being in Suite 440:

* First Liberty Title Group, Inc.
* Mac Financial Group, Inc.
* Ocean to Ocean Healthcare, Inc.

There are no names listed as being associated with those companies.

A list on the main page shows the names of all of the businesses in that building, as well as the "names of people at this address"

Tzufuma, Electrociga, MMUH are NOT listed
All of the names I have listed above associated with these companies are NOT listed

On the website www.sunbiz.org, you can search businesses by several things, such as Principal Name, Registered Agent, etc.

I did a search of Paterson, Robert. He is listed as Tzufuma, but there are a TON of "Robert Paterson" listings, which I did not have time to go through to see if he is connected to any of them or not.

I did a search of Ligner, Andrea. She is listed for Tzufuma, as well as the registered agent for XENICT LLC. This would at least point in the direction of her being legit, unless this company is a fraud.

Well, that's about as far as I have gotten for now. The above are NOT meant to be a "chronological order of events"....it's just the order in which I put them down in.

I also recall seeing somewhere in my searches an alternative Personal Email address for Robert Paterson, but can't locate it right now. It was not the "clockwork" one, but it was from the same provider "gmail".
