FWIW, one, different legal name (Aviation Supply Company, Inc. v. Aviation Supply Corporation) and two, DB's new company was just incorporated and the other has been around a while. See the "about" on that website. Possible that our's is a shell to purchase the other but there is no evidence that is the case.
