MC & Chadman, there will be no p&D here, as too many burned hands will work like he11 to prevent it. HOWEVER, if new mgmt issues a business plan, some realistic pr's and appears to be executing, then IMO, those same burnt hands will get behind the new venture.
(which IMO will be some type of real estate bus. check out the background of the ceo))
