TrainGuy - I agree with you about the value of this board - namely cooperative learning.

So continue to teach as you've been doing so well of late instead of the non-constructive stuff. Give the other guy the freedom of choice to learn, or not. If he chooses not to learn, he won't be around very long and if he gets too annoying for ya in the meantime, there's always the ignore feature.
