OT:  Can't you let it go, pgs?  It was made clear in oxygen's very first post, before you asked the first question, exactly why he did what he did.  This is not about your "frustration".  You've asked your question three times now, at least.  Until you and blade can get the Investors Reform Act of 2010 passed (even though no one wants it), giving you control over what investments will be deemed reasonable for others, you can't control oxygen's investments, and you have no legitimate reason to be frustrated by them.  Let it go!
