Ok. guys take this for what its worth, i got Mark Uram to answer the phone. He sounds like a really nice guy.

The only thing that i really got out of him, is that this is a clean shell, that is not diluting.

He said they are a strong candidate for a reverse merger.

But didn't know when that might take place, or with whom.

He also told me that he bought etls, when it was .05 some at .03 some at .01 until it fell to the trips, and this is where he bought most of his shares, and got his average way down.

He has been a share holder of ETLS for a long time, and still holds it long and strong. Waiting for R/M news just like the rest of us.

I also ask him about the other play RN@F, he bought it because its another clean shell, with possible R/M news.

He said he was not sure about the Share Struture on that one. But he did say that he checked with somebody that issues the shares.

And they told him that they had not issued any more shares on RN@F. But said he still is not sure.

But knows for a fact that ETLS, is only 300 Million and not diluting. This he is sure of.

That's all the info i could get, this is all i know.
Which really is not much more than we already knew.
