This guy is posting false info, it's not a hijack as he's been posting. There are many groups and/or lawyers that find public companies that are basically dead and they appeal to the court to take them over, happens all the time. In this case, it looks like they got a batch that weren't up to date in some way and they aren't able to get whatever they need to clean them up. Everyone on ihub wants to be in the next shell that's reverse merging into a million dollar company, sometimes you make out like a bandit and sometimes the deals go south, just part of the game.IMO
