Brian forgot to update the TA with the correct A/S -- and he's been doing that often.

He also failed to update the TA with with the correct number of preferred shares. Last I spoke with the TA, his records indicated that he owned only 5 million preferred but the annual report says that Brian owns 160 times that value at 800 million.

Brian isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.
