you just need to put in a sell order at whatever price you feel you can sell it at, and (in theory) when someone puts in a buy order at the price of your sell order, it should sell. Of course, over time you may need to adjust your price to get your order to fill. Just remember, things may move very slowly in the grays, because it will be much more manually based, for trades to happen. It's hard to tell what price to sell (or buy) a stock at, without any trades as a reference point, but maybe use the last known trades as a starting point? That's what I would do. You can sell with no bid/ask, but it is like playing a game of darts in the dark ... so to speak! IMO, this situation isn't doing Mina Mar any more good then it does the current shareholders.
