Looking at the guesstimates, you can expect about 28 cents eps. Give them a 15x P/E and you get $4.20 value on forward earnings. This is about the same price for book value, so I would say that is the "fair value" pps.

I don't like the fact management owns less than 2% of the shares. But, I do like the fact they are not holding debt.

other than that, I don't see much to get excited about.
