He's talking about KATX financing, not BVIG. Most of the posts here are really off topic and concern KATX not BVIG. Understandable since the new owner of BVIG is also the CEO of Kat. BVIG of course has been an empty shell and total cash, in fact total assets, as of last 10K was $28.00.
