I am under the belief that no shares of BVIG or KATX will be canceled.

I am also under the belief that the share structure here with BVIG will no doubt have to change one way or the other for KATX. The share structure is too small as it is right now in my opinion.

I do not believe that it is the other way around. I believe that the KATX share structure will not have to change for BVIG.

This is just how I am seeing things from the outside looking in.
