OT - it is always the little guy who looses - there is an 84 yr old fellow who lives in swamp- makes his living catching bait (minnows) and sells to fisherman- now that they closed fishing this gentleman can't pay his bills-(buy medicine) -- lots like him -- trickle down effect- no excuse for the oil cos to take such risks- this should be criminal- it is nothing but GREED- the oil cos make BILLLIONS-
