Wondering what the board thinks on TRAC? I bought a small position this morning, after noticing though revenues fell slightly, Net income rose 19%. Trades at 2X book and had zero debt. Institutions onle own 2% of the O/S, so could see some appreciation this year if they start noticing increased margins.
