He hit yesterday's timeline with a revamped PR from mid March, yes you are correct on that... but let's not fool ourselves here. He has been reverting to old PRs after alluding to new news while giving us a ton more dilution. Question is, how many more times will he do that... Will we find ourselves with an O/S @ 1.5 billion in a months time and no closer to funding?? I'm sure we will all soon find out enough. But if that happens, don't be surprised about seeing another SS change that will further hurt all longs here...
