The big question is now.....do we have enough time to have this shareholders meeting and elect new BOD. In my mind this is the most important thing that should be on everyone's minds. Even Rosen showed us that he fears this happening because we'd have an "equity friendly" BOD pushing for us. If motion for the examiner was approved we would have had the time we needed to get this done. I think this might have been a big motive behind the examiner motion by Susman that we did'nt get. It would have bought us time.
