So did I. That's why I was more surprised than anyone. I guess we learned something new about the BK court process. Keep in mind though, if Rosen does not comply with Susman's requests for discovery he could be held in contempt of court and an examiner might still be appointed. The judge actually had a valid reason to deny the examiner "for now" but most saw it simply as a REJECTION. Many were under the illusion that the judge is "on our side" but she is following what she feels is right. We still have alot going for us but time is not our friend. We need the shareholder meeting urgently. All parties involved know that is the real gamechanger. I just fear Dimon/FDIC are using their contacts in Washington to stall and delay a decision. BTW, is'nt there some sort of hearing in Washington today? Could we hear any news about the status of the shareholder meeting?
