I am not sure what that ruling states or how it effects the short sales but you are 100% they don't care...they will continue to play with pps and steal money from those investors whom are either really green or really bad investors....
It's thier game for now but should we get a ne Cusip # or a halt on settlement they may be crying out on the street as thier firm send them packing for incuring such huge loses. What do you think?
