Over the past several months, our president, Edwin Solano has been investigating various marketing options to increase the profile of Cannon Exploration and to also find a platform where shareholder questions could be addressed directly.Cannon eventually decided to use the services of a company called Green Arrow Stock. Mr. Solano has absolutely no affiliation with this company, other than as a prospective client. Anything stating otherwise, is false.Apparently a profile was created on LinkedIn for Mr. Solano, which stated he was an advisor to Green Arrow Stock. This was not done by Mr. Solano- he has never initiated or consented to an account on LinkedIn. As soon as the Company became aware of this, it investigated the matter and had the profile removed.
Mr. Solano is not an advisor on any other board or company. He looks out for the interests of the current CNEX program, along with all company shareholders, present and future. He strongly advises shareholders who have any concerns to address it directly with the company immediately, rather than speculate, foster falsehoods and create investor unrest on discussion boards.
