I will share the following posting I made on "another board":

I am curious as to what boardmembers think about the following:

There has been lots of chat on this board about a potential Private Placement via Celadon "any day" now of a portion of POWN shares for - it has been suggested - 40 to 50 cents per share. If you were the Disney exec responsible for "managing" their relations with POWN, of which DIS owns 10% and has a "first look" deal with Stan Lee, would you be in favor of the PP continuing? Or would you rather find a way to quash it? Would you want it to continue but at a price other than 40-50 cents?
