I don't recall the otc stocks ever spelling it out that simple and clearly. I don't think dilution is a good thing if you are in when its announced. One thing to keep in mind. When we pick them up after the shelf registration closes, the company is through diluting and well capitalized for future growth.



Man, I know that bottom is around here somewhere.
