rev's will come in time -- 2011 (mid 2011 area) --- with a 75MW plant and a !%-or-@% something plant (all ours) and the credits they will be able to dull out -- the rev's will be great here --- would love to see mike step up when rev's kick in and start a stock buy back, but a small r/s is more in favor and quicker and done right could sky rocket this stock
