here is what I know...we have moved almost a full .03 from the mid .05s we were so stuck in...my portfolio reflects a solid stock with fantastic gains from last winter...as we approach drilling the pps should continue to rise..

as far as the shell goes..I had originally thought it was for a spin-off for Rusty or Lucky ...but now I feel it will be to make Handcamp a seperate entity in itself...although some would say it could/will be used for the entire company of KATX....but looking at it from that viewpoint... that doesnt protect the specific property it is designed for... so we would need another shell to spin-off Rusty or lucky...when dealing with these properties, the company wants each to be treated so that the full potential will be reflected accordingly...

the purpose of the shell IMO is property specific...now which one is the question...also since the new legal team is on board it just makes all of this really rock solid as to getting done with the utmost certainty...I have nothing but confidence and we the shareholders, will be informed as soon as deemed necessary...
