I couldn't get past the idea mgmt really committed fraud or even had a reason to. I thought mgmt was just ignorant about how to manage a rapidly expanding co and accordingly fouled up the books. These men are from very wealthy families...rich beyond what I would ever imagine to be...Why commit fraud? They have good product, a plan, and lots of advertising that is generating sells. For me, what did I learn??? If it looks like a fish and smells like a fish...simply believe it is a fish! Moving on...there is money to be made elsewhere!
