Dilution does not happen at the opening. I believe there is a rule that it happens after 10 or 11. So don't worry, we will see it today. Plus it looks like we see the dilution happening spradically, so that we think that is someone else selling it instead of RR.
This will go below .015 today. Wait and see or get out before then.
