KATX - Good morning all, I hope it's OK to post this here. I just want to bring KAT Exploration to your attention. This is a junior explorer in Newfoundland with the following VERY near term opportunities...

1. Drilling about to start NEXT WEEK on its Handcamp gold claim (gold of up to 158g/t have been discovered in sample analysis. This ios very high)

2. The company is currently pinksheets Current status with an ungagged T/A and plans to uplist

3. A very high powered Wall Street Attorney firm has just been appointed. Now why would a small explorer stuck way up in Newfoundland need such a high powered attorney?

4. The O/S has just been massively increased. Normally we don't want dilution, right? But this time it appears it's because there is a joint venture deal (possibly with the world's secondlarget mining company VALE) about to be struck. The CEO has all the financing he needs and has previously stated on record that the only increase in the future would be to satisfy a major JV partnership. JVs with mining companies are what junior explorers exist for. A JV would be huge for KATX!
