LII on OTCBB shows 2 trades in the afternoon. One for 100 shares and one for 102 shares, both at $4 (equivalent of 2 cents, pre R/S). They are usually a very accurate source of information, so I'm thinking it did trade today.

Not very many shares of course, but on that low volume to have a 2 cent price is not good news for existing shareholders since before the R/S the price was only down to 4-8 cents, and that was well down from earlier levels.
