Where did you ever get the idea that only "material events" are covered by insider information laws? That is simply NOT true.

You cite one PR (not PR's)... and it says nothing about Lowes being interested in etc at all... it doesn't even elude to it... he calls it 'innovative".

You stated for certain that you know that multiple companies are interested...

Either what you said is untrue, or you have inside information... which is it?
