I'd agree on the fundamentals, and I'd also vouch for the Advisory Board and scientists on track. I have friends working for two of the founders (Zuker and Tsien) -- both labs are ridiculously productive and innovative. Zuker continues to lead the field in identifying and cloning taste receptors, and I can't think of someone better to lead an effort in taste receptor technologies. Furthermore, their contracted access to a 500,000 compound library from Aurora (now part of Invitrogen) gives them another edge.
