Maybe I stretched the example to far.....don't know. Was trying to point out that law is not some immutable force. Law, like history, is written by those with the biggest guns.

The question was redistribution. The wealthy, after writing the law to suit themselves, have no problem tweaking it whenever they see fit, but hypocritically howl from their high horse and scream "Constitution" when those same methods are used on them.....re-redistribution, lol.

I'm still thinking my point was obvious, so maybe I've missed your's again.
