I think the nature of the company (master distributor, mostly for brands owned by the management team) and the dual roles of the CEO and other employees working for and owning both LIQR, a public company and private manufacturers who distribute through LIQR makes it hard to get outside investors in. And from what I can tell, the stock has not traded since the 200-1 reverse split.
