CE flag reason - my understanding is that LCRE needs to have an attorney issue an Opinion Letter (Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information). An example of this can be seen if you look at PBLS on Pinksheets.com, they have an attorney letter under their filings. I'm not sure if Jim was aware that this had to be done (of course I can't speak for him) just my opinion.

I'm assuming (again...assmption) that it's not as simple as just paying an attorney to write this...the attorney is essentially giving their Approval that the company is a viable "real" company with a real product and has been or will be supplying the correct current Financial information to pinksheets.com.

Someone please add on more info if I have left anything out.
