I asked about this particular drug and you go off to "many onc drugs". I wasn't asking about revenue estimates.

My mistake. I thought you asked an investment board how someone on that investment board could call HR=0.78 marginal efficacy. And I translated that into the $ space that I naively assumed to be the purpose of an investment board and thus how people here would think/talk. But if you have some other metric you think the board ought to deal in - please share.

PS What is humorous about this is that the position I am writing isn't necessarily representative of my own (it has components of my thinking - but only components). You asked a question and I, without malice, tried to answer it. And then get grief for it.
