The talk about the possibility of the distribution Agreement somehow not being honored by XiKai has come up several times on the Yahoo message board for JADA.
A careful reading of the original Agreement, as stated in JADA's early and subsequent filings with the SEC, makes it clear that BOTH parties must mutually agree on a cancellation of the contract.
JADA has a good legal firm backing them up, the Crone Law Group, as Millstone has several times pointed out.
I bring up the point about Zhang Guoxi simply to buttress the position that we need not lose one minute of sleep over the possibility of a one-sided abrogation of the contract by XiKai Mining Co.
The truth is that the folks running XiKai Mine would be crazy to try and break the contract-- people have been executed for far less things in China over the last 50 years...
