agreed i'd like to see that as well

i always took that aspect as meaning
that due to drakeford's unrelated issues
to spongetech ~ that those filings had
to be re-done in their totality ~

and courtesy of sarbox .. no firm is ever
going to sign off *prematurely* on them

that is why i asked about a forensics firm
and the time frame involved ~ 100M or below
7 to 11 months ~ on 4/21/10 R&H was on the
job for exactly 9 months

i'd like to see an 8k out of mgmt filed on the lawsuit

it goes without saying ~ the other filings would
be welcomed at anytime
