LOL!! Well if it really gets completed that will be quite an achievment for the Chinese and a testement to how our influence in the world is slipping. Given how murederous, stupid and irresponsible both our government and the voting public have been behaving the world would probably be a safer place if we lose a large chunk of our influence.
