ok u cleared that up but does the SEC inforce penalties for a "failed to deliver" on shorts? i mean come on every stock is shorted and like u said u can investage it but the average investor doesnt even know they are participating in a Naked short sell so y would the SEC inforce penalties? anywho lol basically your saying that MM already covered shorts at 1x2 and if the buying pressure keeps up then they will have to cover at say 4x5 spread or even 5x6 and if the covering happens there then there is on reason y BUNM will see a pps of .0010?
