Unfortunately Uzual...


It's not "air tight" enough for me. My definition of air tight would result in:

1. WAMU sale being nullified due to illegal actions on part of JP Morgan and FDIC prior to seizure.
2. Diamond going to prison.
3. Bair being fired in disgrace and possibly facing charges herself.
4. Rosen getting disbarred.
5. The entire WMI board being fired.
6. A massive settlement with treble damages.
7. Public humiliation for everyone who was involved in "Project West" and this bankruptcy farce.
8. JP Morgan stock tanking and JPIG facing bankruptcy themselves (after we get paid, of course).


Unfortunately, I'll just have to settle for the money. Unless this dog and pony show really does start to unravel on them. And then...it's game on, baby!
