now now..you're talkin' to a southern boy here :) Grew up in the south, and their ain't NOTHING better than GOOD, fresh, homemade grits. I like them with just butter and a little salt. I know people how put honey and sugar on them. yuch.

The problem with most grits is that they're just not made from scratch..That instant crap is like cement. Nasty.

the key is getting GOOD stone-ground stuff..
