Neom (BOD) colluded with YA Global on every single issue. Furthermore, Neom's disregard of fair warning's establishes (at least for me) their guilt.
IMO - This matter will be dragged on for YEARS, and all involved will LOSE!
Note: If one continued to purchase the security after all that has occurred - You only have yourself to blame... One's inability to decipher the agreements, disclosures, inherent risks (published in every doc), etc etc is not a valid excuse and or grounds for legal action.
I understand that Claw isn't pursuing that angle, however "the woo is me crowd" need to look into investing without emotions... The writing was plastered on every wall. eom
