You've been here for a long time, longer then me on this board. I did what I could last year to let the newbies know that the books were cooked.

How does anyone know that SPNG is even operating right now?

Most likely they are not in operation because you need cash or a line of credit to operate in the factory business. They don't have either.

They can't operate through dilution because SPNG is on the grey sheets and can't dilute.

This company is shut down as far as I'm concerned, but this is my opinion.
