This is from 2009 but I thought it sounded very promising and wanted to share the article. IMO, MMS are bringing this PPS down. Why? I am not sure. Was this stock shorted when the PPS went up last week? I never believed in pumping a stock nor bashing. I am a mere trader. Anyone with answers welcomed.
