Thanks h, it has been a dog's age (all puns intended). Hope you are well. I trust your chartology. At this point I think the Delta thing can be priced in and we just need to be patient. Wait until the Delta news comes in our favor and the pps does not move. You will then see some whining! Your point about it being May and neeeding part of the summer made more sense than anything else I have heard. I think the extension is probably what took us down some and we just need to get closer to POR. Everybody was expecting a 6 month bk. and that might not be what we will get. mMybe but it has only been 4 months. Patience, Patience. M
