Here is something the bashers will not want you to think about:
When the 11/10 share divvy happened, it happened without the AS being increased! 500 million before and 500 million after, zero dilution. That is prolly a pinky first! And Oh look, Authorized Share count is still 500 million!
Also they keep saying the first divvy started out as a cash divvy and was then changed to a stock divvy, please show where the company ever said the 1st divvy was going to be cash. They did say future divvies would be cash, and this one is, sweet!
Bad news bashies, some of us have been here long enough to remember what really happened.
