Agree.

It is kinda of gamble. The pps droping happened before, check the chart before 0.008 run last year! it kept flat at low pps for two month and run greatly.

The pps drop recently may be due to the no FDA update which has been expected for long time. But the point is they have not make a decision yet, we are still waiting, right?
