That would be me.

In short the complaint is demanding that YA disgorge (pay to Neomedia) all profits made by YA in Neomedia stock transactions since 2004.

Are there other things in the works? Maybe. Can't tell where that will go yet.

At the very least, I don't feel like a patsy anymore.
